Online Sports Therapy

Online Sports Therapy

Our online sports therapy appointments are a convenient way to receive professional care and guidance from a qualified sports therapist without having to physically attend a session. Here's what you can expect from your online sports therapy appointment:

1. Initial assessment: Your sports therapist will ask you about your medical history, previous injuries, and current symptoms. They may also ask you to perform certain movements or exercises to help them evaluate your condition.

2. Treatment planning: Based on the assessment, your sports therapist will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. This may include exercises, stretches, or other modalities that you can do at home to help alleviate your symptoms.

3. Education: Your sports therapist will provide you with education on proper form and technique for your exercises, as well as guidance on how to prevent future injuries.

4. Follow-up: Depending on the severity of your condition, your sports therapist may suggest scheduling follow-up appointments with you to check on your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
