£50 per hour session

What to expect from your session

1.       Initial assessment: At the beginning of your first session, we will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate your fitness level, discuss your goals, and identify any physical limitations or health concerns that may need to be considered in developing your workout plan.

2.       Customised workout plan: Based on the initial assessment and your goals, we  will create a customised workout plan tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and needs. This may include exercises for strength, cardio, flexibility, or other aspects of fitness, as well as a plan for progressing your workouts over time.

3.       Instruction and guidance: During the session, we will guide you through each exercise, demonstrating proper form and technique, providing feedback and corrections as needed. We will also help you adjust weights, machines, or other equipment to ensure you are using them safely and effectively.

4.       Motivation and support: We will provide motivation and support throughout the session to help you stay focused and push past your limits. We will offer encouragement and positive feedback to help you stay motivated and committed to your fitness goals, and be there to answer any fitness related questions you may have.

5.       Tracking progress: We will track your progress over time, helping you set realistic goals and providing regular feedback on your progress. We will adjust your workout plan as needed to help you continue to make progress and achieve your fitness goals.

6.       Education and advice: In addition to guiding you through your workout, we will also provide education and advice on topics such as nutrition, sleep, and recovery, to help you optimise your overall health and wellness.
