Gym Performance Training

£60 per hour

Our sports performance training program caters to athletes of all levels, ranging from youth athletes to professional players. Our program is aimed at enhancing their physical capabilities and optimising their performance in their respective sports.

We operate out of a modern, state-of-the-art private gym located in Wokingham. Our gym-based training sessions are uniquely tailored to meet the individual needs of each athlete. Specifically, our program can include:

  • Strengthening exercises

  • Speed development training

  • Power training

  • Injury prevention techniques

To ensure optimal results, your initial training session will being with a functional movement screen and strength assessment. This assessment will identify any muscular imbalances or areas of weakness, which we can then work on and improve during the athlete's ongoing training sessions.

Our training program aims to equip athletes with transferable skills, enabling them to achieve their full potential in their chosen sport.

Pitch Based Performance

£60 per hour
