What to expect from your sports massage

  1. Initial Assessment
    At the start of your session, I’ll take the time to understand your physical activity levels, any areas of discomfort or pain, and your overall goals for treatment. I may also carry out a brief physical assessment to evaluate your range of motion, flexibility, and identify areas of tension that need attention.

  2. Hands-On Treatment
    Based on the assessment, I’ll apply a range of targeted techniques—such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, and compression—to help relieve muscular tension, reduce soreness, and improve mobility.

  3. Ongoing Communication
    Your comfort and safety are my priority. Throughout the treatment, I’ll check in to ensure that the pressure and techniques feel right for you. I encourage open communication—please let me know if anything feels uncomfortable, so I can adjust accordingly.

    Following your session, I may recommend specific stretches or exercises to support your recovery, prolong the benefits of the treatment, and help prevent future issues. My goal is to keep you feeling your best long after you leave the clinic.
