Phil Saunders

Phil is a committed sports rehabilitation therapist, specializing in injury rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and strength and conditioning. He obtained a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and has since dedicated himself to expanding his knowledge and refining his technical skills in injury diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation to provide optimal support to his clients.

Phil has recently worked within the medical team at Reading Football Club Women’s team, where he assists the first team in the WSL and the under 16’s in their elite development league. His role with the professional players, including footballers who have represented their countries at the World Cups and European Championships, consisted of injury assessment and treatment, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and strength and conditionin

Phil also holds the role of Lead Medic for Aussie rules team Wimbledon Hawks, as well as for GB Bulldogs and GB Swans, having also previously worked at Bracknell Rugby Club as Head of Rehabilitation.

This variety has given Phil valuable experience diagnosing and treating a range of conditions from sporting injuries to sciatica, back and joint pain.

Phil also holds a Level 4 in Strength and Conditioning which can be linked in to clients rehabilitation or general athletic performance.
